The leadership change marks a new chapter for CCEAP as it continues to strengthen its nationwide operations and reinforce its commitment to sustainable growth, innovation, and customer partnerships.

A Leader Grown From Within

Pesigan is a seasoned executive with over a decade of experience at CCEAP. He joined the company in 2013 and has since held several key leadership roles, including Commercial Go-to-Market Director, General Trade Director, and most recently, Commercial Vice President.

Throughout his career, Pesigan has played a vital role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy, expanding market reach, and ensuring Coca-Cola products remain accessible to millions of Filipino consumers.

Leadership Transition

Pesigan succeeds Gareth McGeown, who served as president and CEO for seven years. McGeown will move into a regional role as Vice President and General Manager for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ Australia, Pacific, and Southeast Asia business unit.

Under McGeown’s leadership, CCEAP achieved consistent business growth and built a strong operational foundation that positions the company for long-term success.
